Charlotte Ann Jeffrey, 71, of Jeffrey, WV,  went to her heavenly home on Tuesday, April 14th, 2026, surrounded by her girls after a short battle with cancer.
She was born May 5th, 1954, in Madison, WV. Charlotte was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend whose greatest joy in life was her family. She will be remembered for her strength, her kindness, and the love she so freely gave to those around her.
